Seller

Neirose is developed and sold by korket. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms.

What you buy

• Neirose itself is free. Add-ons (Exclusive mode and the Taskbar widget) are one-time purchases with no subscription.
• Each purchase comes with a license key that unlocks the add-ons it lists in Neirose on your own Windows PCs. Keys work offline and do not expire.
• A key is for the buyer's personal use. Please don't publish or share it; keys that are shared publicly may be deactivated.
• Add-ons depend on your hardware and Windows setup. Check the Audio output and Taskbar widget documentation before buying.

Delivery

Your license key is shown on screen once payment is confirmed and emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can request it again at any time on the add-ons page.

Refunds

If an add-on doesn't work on your PC, email support@neirose.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded license keys are deactivated. Microsoft Store purchases follow Microsoft's refund policy.

Microsoft Store purchases

The same add-ons are also sold in Microsoft Store. Those purchases are made with Microsoft and follow Microsoft's terms; they do not use license keys.
